Founder & Owner
Melissa A. Delgado, MD, FACOG
Melissa A. Delgado, MD, FACOG has spent the past 10 years dedicating her time to understanding complex and persistent pelvic pain. She is an expert in minimally invasive, excisional robot-assisted surgery and believes firmly in the power of combining holistic healing therapies with traditional medical interventions.

An experienced, board-certified OB/GYN, Dr. Delgado believes in treating the entire person. She listens to her patients to help them make the best decisions for their health and achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
​
Dr. Delgado earned her medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and New York Medical College before completing her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Virginia, where she served as Chief Resident. She is also a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Clinical Administrator
Case Prieston
Case is our fabulous and savvy clinical administrator at The Chronic Pelvic Pain Center. She has been efficiently and seamlessly managing offices for over 10 years. She is very passionate about and dedicated to her work and streamlines office operations effortlessly.

Case is originally from Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a degree in Health Informatics and Information Management.

Case has always had a deep love for computers and technology, as well as medical and healthcare, and she is building a career where she can integrate both. Case believes in empowering patients to self-advocate to ensure they are heard and are receiving care that exceeds their expectations.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Lindsey Plato-Johnson
Lindsey is a family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in gynecology and family care. Her expertise lies in women's health, chronic pelvic pain, and migraine disorders.

Lindsey received her doctorate of nursing practice from Chatham University and her master of science from Johns Hopkins University.

Lindsey is very passionate about the role that advanced practice practitioners play in healthcare. She is dedicated to women's health and believes in providing specialized, accessible, and supportive care. Lindsey is up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare and is an active member of key professional societies.
Adult Nurse Practitioner
Wendy Roberts, CANP
Wendy Roberts, CANP is a licensed and certified adult nurse practitioner with 20 years of clinical experience. She is originally from the Northern Virginia area and has always had a love for nursing.

Wendy graduated with a BS from Catholic University and then went on to receive her master's in nursing from Georgetown University.
​
Wendy brings a holistic approach to health and wellness and has a strong background in rheumatology, gynecology, and functional medicine. She is certified in ozone therapy, Prolozone therapy, and aesthetics.
